FAQ

What if I only need the strategy, not ongoing management?

That's exactly what the one-time Social Audit + Strategy project is for. No retainer required.

How long is the contract?

Retainer clients start with a 3-month minimum commitment. This gives us enough time to run a full monthly cycle more than once and fully see strategy translate into results, rather than judging everything off month one.

What happens after the initial 3 months?

The retainer moves to month-to-month after the initial commitment, so we can keep working together for as long as it's a good fit. There will never be any automatic renewal contracts or surprise lock-ins.

How many revisions are included?

Every piece of content goes through my client approval portal before it's published, so you're reviewing and approving content before it goes live. I offer up to two rounds of revisions for each piece of content.

Can I upgrade from single-platform to multi-platform later?

Of course! Many clients start on one platform and expand once we've built a strong foundation there. We'd just adjust your retainer and scope from that point.

What if i don't have branding, a logo, or a visual identity yet?

A lot of brands come to me with zero identity and we figure it out together as part of the process. if you need a logo, visual identity, or brand direction built out, that's something i can help with too. Do you offer paid social/ads as part of these packages?

Yes, this would be either a monthly add-on, or would have to be included in a custom package. Feel free to reach out here if you're interested!
